Just to inform, I am using Windows 10 Enterprise, I am facing similar problem. maybe the problems that win 8.1 have with the wireless grandias 12v are already solved in win 10 so i decided to wait till the release of windows 10 to see if that solves the problem

However there is something very odd about this, i have another computer (desktop) in wich im currently running W10 Tech Prev, and the wireless grandias 12v runs fine on this, i dont even have to download the driver from genius webpage, i just plug the receiver

Then I downloaded the proper driver from the manufacturer website, installed it -> nothing. I plugged it in, the OS automatically installed the driver, but it was not working. I decided to give it a try on my desktop, running Windows 8.1.
